2 tsp Castor oil

Mix all ingredients â€¦ and apply before your shampoo
This recipe has the stimulating effects of peppermint oil and the protein benefits of egg. Do this as a quick pre-poo before shampooing and you will find that your hair feels so much better after the wash. You can follow up this treatment with a regular shampoo and then a deep conditioner. Consistent pre-pooing can decrease hair breakage significantly.
Pre-Shampoo Treatment for Shedding Hair
3-4 Drops Peppermint oil
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon castor oil

This mixture should be applied to wet, freshly washed hair . Feel free to substitute the oils.

1/4Â of peeled and mashed avocado
1/4 of Conditioner
2 Table spoons Olive Oil or you favourite Oil
blend or mix well. Apply it thoroughly onto your hair, reaching from the scalp to the tip of your hair and leave it with a shower cap on for 15-20 minutes. (I leave it in for a couple hours depending on how my day is going) Rinse it off with a mild shampoo just to remove the mixture

Warm up the shea butter in pan till melted.Â Add the wheatgerm oil & castor oil.
