For the next 4 weeks of Feb (to jump start) I am going to resume my weekly protein treatments. My hair has done well but I can tell when I need a little protein in my life which is probably all the time! Really I am in the market for a great protein conditioner I can use as a prepoo hair mask but until I find that perfect product I do have a simple recipe I like to use:
My pre poo recipeÂ
1 egg
honey
conditioner
oil (usually castor or olive)
 (mix)
I usually do not have specific measurements I just add enough of each ingredient to cover my head and I mix it thick enough to remain on my hair and not run off.  There are other treatments that are awesome as well for example a great weekly treatment is the one from Whitney using Greek yogurt (I’ve posted this video a couple times to refresh my memory):
