We had a date…. me and that Aphogee! and just like that – the curls are back… I wanted to make sure any damage that was done was corrected with good dose of protein. IÂ don’tÂ think I had anything to be afraid of but as a rule of thumb, protein before and after a flat iron is always best. I have no heat damage to report and I really am glad to have my curls back even though I was enjoying my straight hair.
