I went to bed around 11pm like normal and by 1am I was up and in the bathroom, I was in there every hour by 10am I was throwing up… *sigh* I felt like I was going to die!
My poor hubby took off work…..and through my tears, sweat and grossness he was there every step of the way, wiping my tears and head and cleaning up (love him so) …..I was sooo sick and weak, the tummy cramping was unreal it was as if I fed that joker something poisonous. I feel a little better today, still a little weak and I haven’t been able to eat anything of any substance. Joey made me eat at least an orange yesterday and so far I have only been drinking liquids. Moral of the story is, *hope and pray that the sushi you get is always good sushi*
Before bed on Monday I made 4 braids with 2 extra small braids on my nape! I was reading hairscapades and Shelli had a post about growing out the hair from your nape whihc as we all know tends to be the shortests and the one most prone to breakage. I liked her tips and I think I may start to incorporate the technique into my daily routine.
1.) section of the shortest hair at your nape and cornrow them kinda like this:
this photo was taken from Koils and Kinks, read that post here
2.) if you do not know how to corn row like me then simply braid the hair and pin them up:
Once they are pinned, I can cover them with the rest of my hair if I choose to or not.
|You cant even tell I have two pinned braids in the  back . (braid out )|
How has your week been going?
