The middle of my hair was a mess, that portion works my nerves! but I do my best with it.
Post pre poo process – say that five times fast
I washed the pre poo concoction out using my Shea moisture shampoo, and followed up with Aussie Moist conditioner. I used Cantu Shea butter as my leave-in, sealed with olive oil and a little dax on my ends -twisted my hair in about 12 twists as always and allowed them to dry a little.
-I used the tension blow dry methods to stretch my hair and dry it 90%
– I intend to re twist my hair in its stretched state for a twist out tomorrow

The last two pics are after the blow dry.
This year I think I will continue to keep this regimen! if you read my blog you will notice sometimes some of the same exact posts weekly because I want to document, not only for readers, but for myself a consistent regimen that *should* lead to healthy hair goals and growth. I think you can still achieve great lengths, enjoy your hair, all at the same time if you are consistent with what works for you. There are a couple key things that I must maintain, these are:
1.) Keeping my hair stretched, my methods are banding or blow drying. Even when doing a wash and go!
2.) My hair responds well to products with protein often. And by often I mean weekly! (avocado, eggs, protein conditioners)
3.) Co-washing is still my boo boo when I want added moisture
4.) Heavy oils such as dax make the best sealants, lighter oils are wonderful when added to conditioners
5.) Deep condition/pre poo weekly
6.) Product junky-ism isn’t necessary, if the ish works, keep it!
anyway have a fabulous Monday night! I have school tomorrow .. yippee!! (rolling eyes) back to business.
